NThis is a hybrid role at the intersection of Architecture & Sales. You are the acoustics specialist in your market - the trusted technical resource Architects, Designers and End-Users turn to when they need to understand acoustic performance, specify the right solution, and execute it within their project. While also focusing on pipelines, deeply commercial & driven to close.

NYou bring an architecturebackground that allows you to speak the language of design teams, read & interpret drawings fluently, and provide credible technical guidance on acoustic solutions. You pair that expertise with a sharp commercial instinct - knowing how to build a pipeline, manage & convert it into closed business.

NYou will receive comprehensive onboarding and guidance from the India & Global teams, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in this role.

NYour goals will be to strengthen and develop our primary position in the CRE market in Bangalore.

NMain responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with leading architects, interior designers, and selected end-users to secure project specifications.

- Manage the complete tendering process and effectively engage with the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) to ensure conversion of specifications into orders.
N
- Achieve targets alignedwith Global Sales Indicators, including number of meetings, project engagements, and related metrics.
N





nCandidate Profile:

N

n
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the CRE business, with a strong network among architects and designers in the Bangalore market.
N
- Architecture/ Interior Design background is a big plus.
N
- Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain relationships with high-end architects, designers, furniture manufacturers, and end-users.

- Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a solid commitment to long-term growth within SuperNormal.

- Excellent communicationskills in English, oral and written.
