NJOB DESCRIPTION:

NWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune SME to design, implement, and support enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. The candidate should possess robust expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM),



Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Security, and modern workplace technologies.

NKey Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise customers.
N
- Configure and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
N
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
N
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, Endpoint Security, and Conditional Access.
N
- Publish and manage applications through Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
N
- Configure and manage corporate-owned and BYOD devices across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
N
- Implement security controls using Microsoft Defender, MFA, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
N
- Support Azure AD/Entra ID, Hybrid Azure AD Join, and identity integration requirements.
N
- Perform Intune migration projects from AirWatch, MobileIron, MaaS360, Citrix XenMobile, or other MDM platforms.
N
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and access-related issues.
N
- Create operational documentation, implementation guides, and governance standards.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure endpoint management solutions.
