NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.

- Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.
N
- Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
N
- Assess site conditions,conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.
N
- Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.
N




- Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes.
N
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
N
- Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects.
N
- Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
N
- 10+ years of experiencein architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects.
N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,Revit, Bim, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
N
- Strong understanding ofmaterials, finishes, and space planning.
N
- Excellent communicationand project management skills.
N
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
