NThe incumbent will ensurea structured, transparent, student-centric and employer-friendly placement process from student registration and eligibility verification through recruitment, offer management, joining confirmation and final placement reporting.

- Develop recruitment schedules based on academic calendars.

- Establish the annual student placement registration process.

- Maintain an updated database of placement-seeking students.

- Verify eligibility according to company requirements.
