Job DescriptionRole Purpose

NLead the Quality & Food Safety function for the export business, ensuring products manufactured across multiple plants meet international quality, food safety and regulatory standards.

NKey Responsibilities

- Own the overall Quality& Food Safety framework for the export business across multiple plants.
N
- Standardise quality policies, processes and controls for export production.
N
- Ensure compliance with country-specific food safety, quality, labelling and regulatory requirements.
N
- Lead international customer, regulatory and food safety audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
N
- Drive compliance with FDA, European and other international export regulations.
N
- Ensure export quality standards are implemented within day-to-day manufacturing operations.
N
- Monitor quality performance, deviations, CAPA and continuous improvement across plants.
N
- Ensure country-specificproduct, packaging, labelling and food safety requirements are clearly implemented at plant level.
N
- Identify quality risks across the export supply chain and establish appropriate controls.
N
- Build capabilities of plant quality teams through training and knowledge sharing.
N
- Develop MIS and dashboards to track quality performance, audits, deviations, compliance and CAPA.
N




- Continuously strengthenthe export quality framework as the business expands into new international markets.

nCandidate Profile

N

n
- 15+ years of experience in Quality / Food Safety, preferably in a large manufacturing setup.
N
- Solid experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, Agri-processing or Processed Food manufacturing.
N
- Strong international export exposure with knowledge of country-specific regulations.
N
- Good understanding of FDA, European and other international food safety requirements.
N
- Experience handling international audits and regulatory compliance.
N
- Experience building andimproving quality systems, beyond audit management.
N
- Experience working across multiple plants / manufacturing locations.
N
- Experience managing large Quality teams at a senior HOD / Corporate level.
N
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
