NAs a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through prompt and courteous service. You will assist in the smooth operation of the F&B; outlets, maintaining cleanliness, and providing knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding menu items and services.

NResponsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the F&B; outlets.

- Seat guests and providethem with menus in a timely manner.
N
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
N
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
N
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
N
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly and courteously to any complaints or concerns.
N
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
N
- Assist in the setup andbreakdown of dining areas before and after service.
N
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and special offers within the F&B; outlets.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
N
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
N
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff.
N
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
N
- Perform other duties asassigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or supervisory staff.

nQualifications:

- Bachelors in hospitality management is preferred
N
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
N
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
N
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
N
- Knowledge of food and beverage products, including ingredients and preparation methods, is desirable.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
N
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
