nWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service .Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.
nKey Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)n
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includesn
Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designern
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsn
Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancementsn
Troubleshoot issues and provide production supportn
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standardsn
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirementsn
