Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Sales Expert role based in Bengaluru South, designed for freshers with a starting salary of Rs. 14,000. In this role, you will engage with customers over phone and digital channels, understand their real estate needs,



and provide property-related information and guidance using NoBroker.com’s platform. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services and offers clearly, and help customers navigate options such as rental listings, home services, and other solutions. The role involves ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving queries promptly, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process to meet individual and team targets. You will work closely with peers and supervisors, maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
