nNilkamal Edge is looking for a talented Executive – Design (Healthcare) to join our Design & Development team.
nKey Responsibilities

Design and develop cutting-edge healthcare products using SolidWorks.n
Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.n
Perform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.n
Apply GD&T;, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability.n
Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover.n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.n




Maintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation.n
Support product costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.n
Review customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.n

nDesired Candidate Profile
n3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development.
nStrong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
nExperience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
nWorking knowledge of GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and product validation processes.
nExperience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
