6–8+ years of solid Python development experiencen
3+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI project experiencen
Experience productizing AI solutionsn
Hands-on experience with commercial LLMsn
Robust knowledge of prompting patterns and structured outputsn
End-to-end RAG architecture, ingestion pipelines and chunking strategiesn
Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search, indexing, similarity search and metadata filteringn
Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)n
Experience designing MCP servers/tool endpoints and integrating them with LLM applicationsn
Experience with Agentic AI / A2A / Multi-Agent workflows such as planner, executor, reviewer and retriever patternsn

Advanced Pythonn
Experience building APIs,
