Telemarketing Specialist - Admission Advisor / Property Advisor

Location: Ahmedabad. In-office, full time. No WFH. Experience: 2–5 years Languages: Gujarati, Hindi and English — all three, fluently. This is not a nice-to-have.

About the role
Because runs the marketing for schools and real estate projects across Gujarat and India. That marketing produces leads — parents thinking about a school for their child, families thinking about buying a home.

Most of those leads die on the phone. Someone calls, reads a script, asks when they can visit, gets a "we'll think about it", and marks the lead cold. The parent had a real question and nobody answered it.

This role exists to fix that. You'll be the person on the call who actually knows the school or the project, understands what the family is trying to decide, and helps them decide it. Sometimes that means telling them this isn't the right fit for them. We're fine with that.

What you'll actually do
Call a recent lead within minutes of it coming in. Speed is most of the job.
Ask real questions. Which board are they coming from? Why are they moving their child? How far is the commute? What went wrong at the last school? For property — who's living in the home, what's the loan situation, what's the possession timeline they need.
Know the client's product cold. Curriculum, pedagogy, fee structure, faculty, transport routes, results. Or carpet area versus built-up, RERA status, payment plan, amenities, what's actually getting built next door.
Get the family to visit. That's the goal of the call — not to close, not to sell. A visit at the right time from the right family is worth more than ten reluctant ones.
Follow up properly. WhatsApp, calls, reminders before the visit, a real conversation after it.
