- Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure

- Handle exceptions and drive timely resolution

- Identify and escalate discrepancies and potential delays

- Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLA
N
- Allocate daily work andmonitor team deliverables
N
- Act as a Subject MatterExpert (SME) for process-related queries
N




- Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues
N
- Manage email and query queues effectively
N
- Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metrics
N
- Ensure accurate closureof end-of-day activities and checklists
N
