NRoles and Responsibilities

- Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation

- Taxation: GST computation, TDS, return filing
N
- Monthly P&L; and balancesheet preparation (with provisions)
N
- Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability
N
- PO, payment management
N
- Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting
N
- Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation
N

nQualification

n

N
- CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with robust hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience
N
- 4+ years of experience,with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce background
N
- Strong grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures
N
- Documentation discipline
N

nNice to have

- Exposure to investor due diligence
N
- Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one
N
- Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack
