NJob Summary:

NWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead and execute business events that align with our brand's goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Event,Marketing strategies,BTL and digital marketing, vendor management and data analytics, with a creative approach to delivering impactful experiences.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, andexecute business events, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead generation goals.

- Develop BTL marketing strategies for effective audience engagement.

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted through various digital channels.

- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
N
- Develop and execute event budgets, timelines, and logistics planning.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting.
N
- Leverage creative thinking to design unique event experiences that resonate with the target audience.
N
- Utilize video editing skills for post-event content creation, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
N
- Analyze event performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize future events and marketing efforts.

nKey Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum [3-4] years in business event planning and execution.

- Strong understanding ofmarketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing.

- Proven experience in vendor management and maintaining solid industry connections.

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique event formats.

- Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual event execution.

- Team collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

- Proficiency in video editing tools to create engaging promotional and post-event content.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Excellent communicationand negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and ability to derive insights from event metrics.

nPreferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Hands-on experience with event promotion tools and digital marketing tools.
