6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.n
Robust hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.).n
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.n
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.n
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.n
Positive understanding of ITIL processes.n
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n

nGood to Have:

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.n
Certified Application Developer (CAD).n
Exposure to ServiceNow AI, GenAI, or Automation capabilities.n
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.n
