nPROJECT EXECUTION & MONITORING

- Coordinate with Client for Detail Project Design Inputs, Clarification if any
N
- Receive Design Inputs &clarification; from Client
N




- Submit Drawings to the Client for approval
N
- Raise Indent & Float Enquiries to the Vendors
N
- Receive offers from thevendors & do the Technical evaluation
N
- Forward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing orders
N
- Co-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of material
N
- Do Follow-up with PanelBuilders & if required do visits for timely delivery of Panel
N
- Visit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection Report
N
- Raise inspection call to Client & do FAT
N
- Take dispatch clearancefrom Client/Consultants
N
- Prepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.
