NI'm working with a venture-backed cybersecurity SaaS startup that is growing its customer-facing technical team in Mumbai.
NThey're looking for someone who sits between DevOps, infrastructure security and customer-facing engineering. Someone technical enough to troubleshoot production issues, but also comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.
NThis is not a traditionalCustomer Success role. You'll be hands-on with deployments, infrastructure and security challenges, working closely with DevOps, SRE and Engineering teams.
NWhat you'll be doing:

Own technical relationships across pre-sales and post-sales N
Lead deployments acrosscloud, Kubernetes, databases and VMs N
Work hands-on in customer production environments N
Troubleshoot IAM, networking, secrets and access workflows N
Help customers improve security, compliance and platform adoption N




Run technical reviews with Engineering and Security stakeholders N
Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering N
Support expansion opportunities within existing accounts N

nWhat they're looking for:

n
4+ years of experience N
Proof of solid hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure background N
Proof of good experience with Kubernetes and containers N
Proof of exposure to AWS, Azure and/or GCP N
Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB N
Robust understanding ofinfrastructure security N
Confidence debugging real production issues N
Previous customer-facing experience N
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment N

nMumbai – onsite
N30–40 LPA
nCould be a outstanding fit for someone coming from DevOps or SRE who enjoys the technical side, but also wants more ownership and direct customer interaction.
