About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns for both service-based businesses and D2C/e-commerce brands, with a robust understanding of lead generation, online sales, conversion optimization, retargeting, audience targeting, funnel strategy, and performance analytics.

This is a results-driven role. You will be responsible not only for launching campaigns but also for analyzing performance, identifying problems, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads – Primary Responsibility
Plan, create, launch,



and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Develop complete Meta advertising strategies based on business objectives, target audience, industry, and funnel stage.
Manage Lead Generation, Sales/Conversions, Traffic, Engagement, Remarketing, and Awareness campaigns.
Develop and test different campaign structures, audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
Perform audience research and create effective targeting strategies.
Manage prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, custom, and broad audiences.
Continuously monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, frequency, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability.
Identify underperforming campaigns/ad sets/ads and take corrective action.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining acceptable acquisition costs and profitability.
Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
