NThe penultimate step in the business development track for credit rating advisory and debt syndication/capital raising across
Npublic and private markets. The role works with top management on strategy, carries a team of BDMs, owns revenue, and
Nreports directly to top management.
NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire current clients andbuild client onboarding and relationship capability. N
Originate rating business and fundraising for mid and large corporate groups in the assigned region. N
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. N
Identify unrated clients and facilitate their migration from unrated to rated, helping them leverage the rating for fundraising. N
Build MIS and market intelligence on competitors. N
Prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans and achieve them. N
Maintain a thorough understanding of client industries - trends, business processes, financial measurements, performance N

nindicators and keycompetitors.

Generate revenue through new account development and key account management. N

Handle the BD team and work alongside the execution team. N

Monitor market intelligence on market development, new projects, competitive activity and new customers. N
Manage clients, train the sales team, and monitor and evaluate sales team performance. N
