Role Description
The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for guiding customers through a personalized beauty and self-care experience aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body,



and fragrance products using in-depth product and ingredient knowledge. The Senior Beauty Advisor will provide demonstrations, explain product benefits, and offer tailored routines while maintaining store standards, merchandising displays, and stock levels. The role includes driving retail sales, meeting targets, handling billing and returns, and ensuring a positive, inclusive customer experience. The Senior Beauty Advisor will also support training junior staff, sharing product knowledge, and staying updated on beauty and wellness trends.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer concerns and suggest appropriate routines.
