About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
The role will involve identifying relevant creators, managing influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, negotiating commercials, ensuring timely content delivery, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate should understand the creator ecosystem and have hands-on experience working with influencers across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant influencers and creators across categories based on campaign objectives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, including influencer identification, outreach, negotiations, briefing, coordination, and closure.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube Shorts,



and long-form content.
Share campaign briefs, key messaging, CTAs, and content guidelines with influencers.
Coordinate with internal Content, Creative, Performance Marketing, PR, and Fundraising teams for campaign execution.
Negotiate influencer commercials and ensure cost-effective collaborations.
Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, commercials, deliverables, and payment details.
Monitor campaign content to ensure it is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track and report campaign performance including reach, engagement, views, clicks, traffic, conversions, and fundraising impact.
Identify high-performing creators and build long-term influencer partnerships.
Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, formats, and influencer marketing prospects.
Support multiple campaigns simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
