ABOUT THE ROLE
Pinnacle FutureBuild is expanding its global presence across the US, Middle East, Europe, APAC, Japan and India. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Head – Player-Coach to build and scale our global B2B marketing engine.
This is not a traditional management role. The candidate must personally own marketing strategy, systems, campaigns and measurable business outcomes while working with Pinnacle's existing Content, Graphics, Digital Marketing, SEO, BD and Sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Generation
Build B2B demand-generation strategies through SEO, content, LinkedIn, email, paid media and automation.




Define MQL/SQL criteria and lead-scoring models with Sales and BD.
Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
Use AI for targeting, segmentation, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Ownership
Own SFMC implementation end-to-end, from requirements and data model to go-live.
Define segmentation, Journey Builder workflows, lead scoring, automation and attribution.
Direct IT/Salesforce partners on the technical implementation.
Deliver SFMC go-live within 90 days.
Candidate must have personally driven an SFMC implementation previously. Agency/vendor supervision alone will not qualify.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Build and manage global target-account lists using ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora or equivalent.
Own account selection, targeting, LinkedIn campaigns, email journeys and SDR coordination.
Track account engagement and pipeline influence through Salesf
