Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions using DocuSign CLM. N
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and effective CLM solutions. N
Configure contract templates, document generation, workflows, approval processes, clause libraries, and contract repositories. N
Develop and maintain contract lifecycle workflows covering contract creation, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal. N
Develop and support integrations between DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. N
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical discussions, and client workshops. N
Proactively identify project risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them. N
Support testing, deployment, production issues, enhancements,



and ongoing maintenance of DocuSign CLM solutions. N
Prepare technical and project documentation, including requirement documents, solution design documents, test plans, and user/training documentation. N
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of client requirements. N

Prior hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM. N
Robust understanding ofContract Lifecycle Management processes and implementation. N
Experience in DocuSign CLM configuration, workflows, templates, document generation, clause management, and approvals. N
Experience with DocuSign CLM and Salesforce integration. N
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration concepts. N
Understanding of Salesforce objects, APIs, and Salesforce integration capabilities. N
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
