CarTrends Auto Parts is a growing automotive spare parts company serving the B2B market with a wide range of OEM/OES and aftermarket products for passenger and commercial vehicles.
We are looking for a strong Sales Head who can take complete ownership of the sales function, drive revenue growth, expand our dealer/distributor network and build a high-performing sales team.
This is a business ownership role, not just a team management position. The person will be responsible for building the sales engine, improving market coverage and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
Take complete ownership of the company's sales and revenue targets.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies.
Drive revenue growth across existing and current markets.




Identify opportunities to increase market share and product penetration.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective action wherever required.
Dealer & Distributor Network
Build and expand the company's dealer, distributor, retailer and workshop network.
Identify and onboard high-potential channel partners.
Develop strong relationships with key dealers and distributors.
Increase business from existing customers through cross-selling and product expansion.
Develop territory-wise plans for market penetration and expansion.
B2B & Institutional Sales
Drive B2B sales across the automotive aftermarket.
Develop relationships with garages, workshops, dealers, distributors, retailers and institutional customers.
Identify large-volume business prospects and strategic accounts.
Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals.
Team Leadership
Build, manage and scale the sales team.
Set individual and team targets and ensure clear accountability.
