The Head of International Deposit & Payment Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.
We are seeking a highly strategic, technical, and people-oriented Product & Technical Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team of Technical Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our Deposits and Payments products, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in retail/wealth deposits and up-to-date payment rails, combined with a proven track record of managing hybrid teams. You will champion agile methodologies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, operations, compliance,
and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric financial solutions
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management (35%)
Direct Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a hybrid team of Technical Analysts (focused on system requirements, API specifications, and data mapping).
Talent Development: Establish clear performance goals, conduct regular career development discussions, and provide continuous coaching to elevate the team's product management and technical analysis capabilities.
Resource Allocation: Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple agile squads to ensure optimal delivery of the product roadmap.
Culture: Foster an inclusive, team-oriented, and high-ownership workplace that encourages innovation, technical excellence, and customer empathy.
Risk & Fraud: Understanding of payment fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, Anti-Money Laundering
