We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Manager to lead CME industry marketing strategy and run end-to-end campaigns across Communications, Media, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Telecom, EdTech, Publishing, Live Events and related sub-industries. The role will own campaign planning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel strategy, stakeholder coordination, execution governance, performance tracking and continuous improvement. Content writers, designers, web developers and central marketing teams will support execution; this role will provide direction, briefs, reviews and coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.
Brand Communication & CME Positioning
Define the CME marketing narrative by translating industry priorities, client challenges, EXL capabilities and solution value propositions into explicit messaging.
Strengthen EXL’s positioning across CME sub-industries through consistent brand communication, executive messaging and thought leadership themes.
Work with creative,



content and Central Marketing teams to ensure all campaign assets, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, event messaging and website content reflect EXL’s brand voice.
Support executive branding for CME leaders through curated posts, articles, POVs and industry commentary.
Industry, Solution & Services Campaigns
Own the end-to-end strategy and governance of CME industry, solution and services-led campaigns, from objective-setting and campaign brief creation to launch, tracking and post-campaign review.
Define target accounts, buyer personas, messaging themes, channel mix, activation sequence, timelines, success metrics and expected business outcomes.
Translate GTM priorities into execution plans for content writers, designers, web developers, sales teams, advisors, partners and Central Marketing.
Coordinate campaign activation across LinkedIn, email, website, paid media, events, thought leadership, newsletters, account-based outreach and sa
