Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute our digital marketing, social media, content, email marketing, and other strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, content creation, campaign management, and paid advertising. Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, Outsourcing, BPO/KPO, Consulting, or Qualified Services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing




Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
Manage and grow iConsultera's LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Create engaging and skilled posts, creatives, videos, reels, banners, and other marketing materials.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and lead-generation performance.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and B2B marketing best practices.

Content & Creative Marketing
Create marketing content for services, campaigns, company updates, hiring, client success stories, and industry insights.
Design skilled creatives using Canva.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and convert it into engaging marketing content.
Develop presentations, brochures, service profiles, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
