NRoles and Responsibilities:

- Track and disseminate RBI circulars to senior management.
N
- Prepare and maintain checklists for regulatory implementation.
N
- Prepare regulatory decks for Board and committee updates
N
- Coordinate with the business team to implement compliance requirements and provide advisory support.
N
- Oversee compliance for partnership products, specifically maintaining checklists for digital lending partner onboarding.
N
- Negotiate and follow upwith stakeholders on compliance matters.
N
- Draft company policies and processes.
N
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed for current product launches.
N
- Support responses to RBI queries and other regulatory correspondence.
N
- Coordinate with Legal and Audit teams on compliance matters.
N
- Foster a compliance-focused culture within the company.
N

nQualification and Experience: -

N

n
- CS or MBA graduate.
N
- 5-7 years' total experience (minimum 3-5 years in Banks/ NBFCs, preferably in the regulatory compliance domain)
N
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
N
- Willing to continuouslylearn various Regulatory/Statutory laws applicable to NBFCs.
