Job Title: Head of Application Production Support Global ( APS)

About Business Line/Function

Position Purpose: The candidate will maintain production setting availability by managing the Application Production Support teams for the wealth management business line with a global scope. These teams provide technical and functional support, alongside Cloud, SRE activities, to ensure application stability for the Wealth Management business line and to continue to improve production workplace stability by working alongside with development and infrastructure teams. To be accountable for the delivering the services with a team of ~150 members distributed globally

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Production Workplace Ownership
Ensure application availability, performance, and security within the domain, adhering strictly to the bank’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Anticipate client requirements and prioritize customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with high business orientation.




Collaborate with APS Domain Support Managers to maintain production quality while optimizing client experience.
Partner with ADM Domain Managers to align APS teams with business evolution and application management strategies.
Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional IT and business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive operational synergies by reviewing support activities and promoting automation.
Represent the function in production forums involving Architecture, Development, Security, APS, and Operations.
Conduct regular service reviews with senior Wealth Management leadership, including COOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
Incident Escalation Management
Direct real-time responses to all Major Incidents, adhering to the BNP Paribas Incident Management Procedure.
Deliver regular updates during Major Incidents and present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) debriefs to Wealth Management Business and IT senior managemen
