Role Overview
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for strengthening Craftizen’s digital presence, promoting our products and stories across platforms, and supporting sales through consistent, engaging, and purpose-driven communication. This role requires a balance of creativity, marketing fundamentals, and robust communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage Craftizen Designs’ social media presence, with primary focus on Instagram.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and festivals.
Create, write,



and schedule posts, captions, stories, and reels; coordinate basic visual and video assets.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.

Website & Digital Marketing
Support management of the Craftizen shop website, including product uploads, content updates, and basic optimisation.
Implement and monitor SEO and SEM activities to improve visibility and traffic.
Track website and campaign performance using basic analytics tools.

Email Marketing
Plan and execute regular emailers and newsletters for customers, including product launches, campaigns, and impact stories.
Maintain email lists and ensure consistent brand tone and messaging.

Product Promotion & Campaigns
Promote Craftizen products across online and offline channels, including collaborations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and campaigns.
