Supply Chain Transformation & Process Excellence
Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the supply chain from factory to customer.
Spearhead SC automation by identifying automation opportunities, piloting, and scaling up.
Map current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement prospects.
Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Standardize and embed best practices across the network.
Digital & Quick Commerce Supply Chain Development
Design and evolve fit-for-purpose supply chain models for E-commerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms.
Develop strategies for:
