NRole and Responsibilities

NIdentify, develop, and pursue recent business opportunities through market research and

Nnetworking with a strategic outreach process.

NStrong communication and message drafting skills with CXOs.

NOwnership of tasks and work assigned

NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

NDevelop and execute salesstrategies to achieve the team targets

NManage the complete salescycle from lead generation, meeting setup, and closure

NBasic understanding of compelling presentations and proposals to clients

NCollaborate with internaldata research and RM to run automated campaign

NTrack and report on salesperformance, forecasts, and pipeline activities





NStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

NRequirements

nCandidate must be from Btech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA

N3–5 years of proven experience in Domestic business development

NCandidates must be from, staff augmentation (Primary), IT services background, Web

N& Mobile app solution development services.

NStrong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

NAbility to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

NSelf-motivated with a target-driven approach to support company goal

NStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
