As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, the HR - SREXE will play a
vital role in shaping and executing our recruitment processes. You will be
responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top
talent, ensuring a positive and effective candidate journey. Your expertise will
contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce, driving the success of
Digitide Solutions Limited.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source and
attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements,
ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience,
conducting thorough interviews and assessments.
Maintain a talent pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with
potential candidates and industry professionals.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process, fostering a strong employer brand.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment,




continuously improving our strategies.
Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to
offer acceptance.
Provide support and guidance to hiring managers, offering expertise in talent
acquisition and retention.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
and optimizing processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for
new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,
preferably in a tech-focused environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, with a
focus on diversity and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
solid relationships.
Robust organizational and project management skil
