Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules. N
Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration. N
Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Perks, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements. N
Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation. N
Act as a subject matterexpert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases. N
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules. N
Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions. N
Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues. N




Support clients during all testing phases and post‐deployment stabilization. N
Develop end‐user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions. N
Conduct client demos and workshops, tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs. N
Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‐quality proposals. N
Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals. N
Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity. N
Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams. N
