Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving branch sales performance and achieving business targets.



This role involves managing and mentoring the branch sales team, setting transparent sales goals, and monitoring daily activities to ensure consistent lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the implementation of sales strategies for products such as vehicle finance, home loans, and SME loans, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing sales reports, coordinating with operations and credit teams, maintaining strong relationships with customers and local partners, and identifying recent business opportunities in the region. The role also includes maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting branch-level marketing and promotional activities.
