NWhat You'll Do

Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution. N
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. N
Track program progress,risks, issues, dependencies, and performance. N
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership. N
Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. N
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required. N
Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions. N





nWhat We're LookingFor

Bachelor's degreewith 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. N
Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field. N
Solid organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. N
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams. N
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. N
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. N
A genuine alignment with the values and mission of a purpose-driven organization is desirable. N
