Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and commissioning of security automation systems for new and existing projects.
N
- Take ownership of all security automation solutions deployed at sites, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability.
N
- Manage Access Control Systems (ACS), Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Facial Recognition Systems (FRS), and CCTV/Video Surveillance Systems.
N
- Design, integrate, and optimize multiple security platforms into a unified and centralized security ecosystem.
N
- Coordinate surveillancearchitecture and ensure productive routing, recording, and monitoring of camera feeds at the Security Operations Center (SOC).
N
- Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
N
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring system failures.
N
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance site security.
N
- Drive technology enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement projects across sites.
N
- Engage with technology partners and vendors for product evaluation and solution assessments.
N
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate PoC demonstrations and pilot deployments before large-scale implementation.
N
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, technicians,



and project teams.
N
- Manage project execution timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams, IT, site management, and external vendors.
N
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
N
- Maintain documentation,system configurations, technical specifications, and project records.
N

nQualifications andExperience

NEducational Qualification:

N

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), or equivalent discipline.
N

nPreferred Certification:

N

n
- CCNA Certification preferred.
N

nExperience:

N

n
- 5–6 years of experience in security systems design and engineering.

- Security automation project implementation.

- System integration and networking.
