nWe are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, SharePoint, and AWS environments.
nKey Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systemsn
Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiencyn
Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware toolsn
Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalationsn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integration solutionsn
Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined SLA and escalation protocolsn
Support automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or RPA platformsn




Contribute to solutions involving SharePoint, Slack integrations, and cloud services (AWS)n
Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation use cases where applicablen

Robust experience in API development / integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks)n
Hands-on experience in automation workflows / process automation toolsn
Exposure to ticketing or operations systems (e.g., incident/request handling)n
Positive understanding of logic-based or decision-driven automationn
