nWhat We're Looking For

10+ years' experience in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadershipn
Robust background in discrete manufacturing (automotive, industrial equipment, engineering)n
Proven track record of delivering board-sponsored transformation programsn
Hands-on experience working in shop floor settingsn
Expertise in:n
Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturingn
Digital platform development and implementationn
Innovation and multi-party transformation anchoragen
Digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0n
