Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax workings, and tax computations.
Support tax provisioning (current & deferred tax) and related schedules for quarterly and annual financial reporting (Ind AS).
Handle TDS compliance, reconciliations, and coordination for tax audits.
Assist in responding to tax notices, assessments, and litigation documentation.
Provide support in tax due diligence, restructuring, M&A; transactions, and valuation assignments.
Conduct research on tax laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on ongoing tax matters.
