Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share insights with leadership.
Coordinate with Finance, Product, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Monitor target allocation and incentive calculations.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales productivity.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of merchants/clients.
Support sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Handle CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in preparing presentations and performance reports for management reviews.
