Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor site progress and prepare project status reports.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and budgeting for MEP works.
Analyze project costs and monitor budget control.
Review vendor quotations and finalize technical comparisons.
Support procurement team for material planning and order finalization.
