Preparation and Review of the loan portfolio with risk insights on improving the asset quality and presentation to the stakeholders.
Reviewing and presenting the Early Warning Signals and Quick Mortality accounts based on portfolio performance and develop models for ascertaining the propensity of default.
Scorecard and BRE development and maintenance including deployment accuracy, validation, monitoring, quick deployment in scoring engines.
Perform Stress Testing on the components of the loan portfolio and securitization portfolio and highlight potential risks to the stakeholders.
Monitoring the Internal Monitoring Guardrails and Risk Appetite Statement approved by the Committees.
Reviewing existing and enhancements in credit policies and provide recommendation to mitigate credit risk.



Proposing the modifications for approval from the relevant Committees and rolling out the modifications to the stakeholders.
Preparation and Presentation of Retail Portfolio decks, agenda notes and minutes to Internal Stakeholders and Committees
Engage in other related activities for mitigating credit risk of the portfolio like risk based pricing, review of delegation of authority to credit team, review of collateral risk, training of credit and other teams, etc.

Role Proficiencies:
Robust knowledge of Retail lending domain
Solid Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability
Solid presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools like Python, Tableau, R will be a plus
