The Chance

In this role you will:
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX and other tools
Perform risk and variance analysis; identify mitigation actions
Deliver regular dashboards, “cost to complete” (CTC) tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance.
Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments




Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and clearly communicate variations to your team
Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
Generate and manage project budgets/ forecasts

Vendor bill Certification/evaluations

Maintain a comprehensive database of costs.
Generate various trackers like PO/Invoice/Variation trackers etc.
Prepare and organize documents required for approvals.
Conduct benchmarking for existing and new projects.
Monitor and manage lead times effectively.
Leverage local market knowledge to support procurement activities.
Assist in vendor negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
Provide market intelligence support for current suppliers and equipment categories.
