Job Purpose
Provide advisory services, arrange capital, and place debt and equity securities to investors. Maintain relationships with Wholesale Banking clients to achieve the bank's objective of brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Negotiate and win mandates for M&A; and capital raising assignments; Lead transactions from initiation to closure, including collateral preparation, investor strategy, negotiations, and documentation; Collaborate with capital markets and syndication teams to generate and execute mandates; Mentor team members and foster a team-oriented work workplace.

Education:
MBA/CA from a premier institute.
