Keep a close eye on the competition and participate in the transactions
Working on the leads provided by the CRE and meeting the clients

Job Description:
Review and verify the work of research executive on daily basis
Maintain the relationship with existing clients/owners
Keep updating the sold and newly added inventory list
Circulating the weekly inventory with Team
Prepare sales models, comparative analysis and Bring/highlight the value of Product
Initiate and execute the Transaction by matching the expectations of tenant-owner
Ensuring the collection in place
Site Visits
Due diligence of Market deals




Review and verify the work of research executing on daily basis
Review and verify / maintain the details of Vacant, Rented inventory weekly basis
Generate Sales Leads, do 2 recent meetings on daily basis.
Prepare sales models, comparative analysis and Bring/highlight the value of Product
Meeting with client for Title due diligence, verifying lease details etc.
Pipeline to be submitted on weekly basis to the respective AVP/GM
Independent survey of Designated Buildings for market intelligence
Initiate and execute the Transaction by matching the Sale - Purchase transaction
Calling for Business Development.
Monitoring and pushing the Digital marketing team for recent lead generation
Achieving a target revenue of 10x
Presenting fortnightly report to the respective heads on closures
Calling to know the status of individual units in designated building Up for Lease or sale
Filling detail remarks & Sharing the same on google
