The role holder will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Compounds division. This leadership role focuses on managing a complex stakeholder ecosystem, including OEMs, Tier 1 vendors, and distributors. You will play a critical role in leading JJ Plastalloy’s efforts as a Tier 2 vendor, supplying high-quality materials to Tier 1 vendors who, in turn, serve OEMs in the Automotive and Non-Automotive sectors. Alongside the role holder will also be responsible for all the recent products development.
The role holder is responsible for navigating intricate approval processes with OEMs, establishing and nurturing partnerships with Tier 1 vendors, and building robust distributor networks.



The role requires solid collaboration with internal technical teams (R&D;, Manufacturing, Product Team) and other teams (SCM, Finance) to align on customer requirements and ensure timely execution of business strategies.
This position also demands exemplary leadership to guide a geographically dispersed sales team, foster accountability, and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Role holder will be accountable for achieving sales targets recent product developments, meeting KPIs, driving profitability, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
