About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Intern Analyst

In this role, you will:
Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
Structured problem solving and analytical thinking.
Explicit written and verbal communication.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical requirements.
Interest in technology, digital products,



and process improvement.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools.
Ability to learn current systems, business processes, and technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology, analytics, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Evidence of initiative and teamwork through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
Exposure to Agile delivery, product management, business analysis, data analytics, AI tools, or software-development concepts.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Interest in financial services and technology-enabled business solutions.
