NWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our Event Management and Exhibition Design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, event layouts, stage designs, and exhibition booth plans using AutoCAD software. The role involves working closely with event planners, designers, production teams, and project managers to transform creative event concepts into precise technical drawings that can be executed on-site.

NKey Responsibilities

nCreate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for event layouts, stage setups, and exhibition booth designs.

NDevelop floor plans for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.

NPrepare detailed technical drawings for staging, lighting structures, trusses, LED walls, seating layouts, and booth structures.

NConvert creative conceptsfrom designers into accurate technical CAD drawings.

NWork closely with event managers, production teams, and fabricators to ensure designs are feasible and executable.

NUpdate drawings based on client feedback, venue requirements, and safety regulations.

NEnsure compliance with venue guidelines, safety standards, and exhibition regulations.

NPrepare site measurement drawings and installation layouts.

NMaintain organized CAD files and project documentation.





NRequired Qualifications

NDiploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

NCertification or solid experience in AutoCAD.

N2–4 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, interior design, or architectural drafting.

NAbility to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

NRequired Skills

nProficiency in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D)

NStrong spatial visualization and layout planning skills

NUnderstanding of event structures such as stages, trusses, booths, and display systems

NAttention to technical accuracy and detail

NAbility to work under tight event deadlines

NPreferred Skills

nKnowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender for event visualization

NExperience with exhibition stand design or stage design

NUnderstanding of lightinglayouts and AV setup drawings
