Role Description The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position oversees day-to-day HVAC operations, including supervising technicians, planning work schedules, and ensuring timely completion of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. The supervisor coordinates preventive maintenance programs, diagnoses system issues, and provides guidance on troubleshooting complex problems.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety standards, interacting with customers to address service needs, preparing basic reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves mentoring team members,



managing materials and tools at job sites, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess HVAC technical skills, including system installation, operation understanding, and equipment handling.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve HVAC system faults efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance capabilities, including planning and executing routine inspections and servicing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations, and address concerns professionally.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and best practices in HVAC operations is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work orders is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation, reporting, and use of service management tools is helpful.
